Note: Some items sold on this website are part of our Express Exchange Program and require customer input before they can be purchased. In this case, customers will be prompted for additional information during checkout.
All of the products on BuyTrakParts.com are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) in an unaltered condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Any abuse of the items will be taken into consideration of refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Call Southwestern Industries Customer Service at 800-367-3165 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number is required to return any item(s) to Southwestern Industries. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container as well as listed on the packing slip on the inside of the container.
Customers returning any item(s) without an RMA number will be assessed a 25% restocking fee based on the value of the item(s) returned.
Refunds will be processed as soon as return is received. Please note that it takes 3 to 5 days to process returns once they arrive at our facility.
- Obtain an RMA number from Southwestern Industries Customer Service at 1-800-367-3165.
- Place the item(s) being returned in an appropriate shipping container and include your original packing slip or a copy.
- Write the RMA number provided to you by customer service on the packing slip as well as on the outside of the shipping box/container.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by the above method. You will need to place a separate order for the new item.
